1. How much does it cost to become a member of Zrc2.com?
Absoultely nothing; membership of Zrc2.com is FREE of charge for standard members.



2. Are there any restrictions on who may join Zrc2.com?
None; the only thing we ask is that you have some sort of affiliation with either the IT or Telecoms industry and that you are over 18 years of age.



3. Who can see my information?
Individual members are in complete control of who is able to view their information. Simply go to your "Edit Profile" page and select the privacy settings that you feel comfortable with.



4. Why am I not able to view member profiles?
There are 2 possible reasons why it may not be possible to view member profiles, those being:
 
The member in question has elected NOT to make his/her profile available for public viewing; in which case, the following message will be displayed:   "This User Profile is only avaliable to Contacts"
 
In all cases, you must be Signed in to Zrc2.com to view member profiles (member profiles are NOT available to the general public).
 



5. Why can't I upload a new profile picture?
At present, it is necessary to first "Delete" your old Profile picture before it is possible to upload a new one.



6. What does Zrc2 mean?
Zrc2 is a "Z" code that is/was commonly used in Morse telegraphy

7. What should I do if I still haven't received my account "activation" email?
Email sent from Zrc2.com is sometimes incorrectly labelled as Spam by some mail clients. If you did not receive your activation email within 10-15 minutes of signing up, please check your Spam/Junk mail folder in the first instance. If this is not the case, please contact accounts@zrc2.com, giving your name and registration email address.
